Your Development
Al Bihouth WTE O&M will provide structured training and career development which may include induction, role-specific QHSE training, mentoring, supervised on-the-job experience, competency development and performance reviews.
As your QHSE knowledge and competency develop, the career pathway may progress toward:
QHSE Assistant → QHSE Officer → Senior QHSE Officer → Future Supervisory Opportunities
Progression will depend on demonstrated competency, performance, qualifications and business requirements.
